Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our CS team by accurately and reputed company processing customer data. You'll work closely with our design, engineering, and data science teams to ensure that our contact center platform is running smoothly and providing the best possible experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide data entry support to our CS team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer data
- Collaborate with our design, engineering, and data science teams to identify and resolve issues with our contact center platform
- Work closely with our external partners to ensure seamless integration of our platform with other systems
