Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Experience Associate III, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Completes questionnaires and surveys reputed company telephone using standard scripts and standard operating procedures

• Obtains and/or verifies needed information for our cases by answering incoming calls
• Makes outgoing calls reputed company further information is needed
• Documents reputed company call information according to standard operating procedures
• Routes calls to appropriate departments
• Utilizes scripted Frequently Asked Questions to respond to caller inquiries
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommends improved procedures

Education and Experience:

* Bilingual Spanish (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent computer navigation skills (move between multiple windows and programs)
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Some experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good data entry and typing skills (35+ WPM)
• Ability to pass a background reputed company and drug screen

Work at Home Requirements:

* Existing High-Speed Internet access (applicants must have their own modem)

Virtual Worker Requirements:
