Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls from customers, resolving their queries, and providing solutions to their issues
  • Assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues
  • Making outbound calls to customers to update information, collect payments, or inform them of upcoming renewals
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Reliable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps download speed)
  • PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS
  • USB Headset for taking calls
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace with minimal distractions
  • Excellent reading and writing skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work 30+ hours per week, minimum
  • Ability to work at least one weekend day per week, with shorter shifts from 7 AM to 12 PM
  • Solid PC skills, including data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, and more
  • Must live in Wyoming or Kansas

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and software
  • Experience with data entry, systems navigation, and basic troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry standards
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
