Your Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, using your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve reputed company issues and exceed customer expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex products and services
- Identifying and escalating reputed company issues to senior team members or management
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or banking environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve reputed company issues

Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a banking or credit union environment
- Experience with arenaflex products and services, or a similar banking or financial institution
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
Work from Home Requirements
* Reliable private internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
- Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions
- Private network with password protection, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
- Internet service provided by a cable or fiber internet service provider (ISP)
- No hotspots or satellite services allowed
Compensation and Benefits
* $21 per hour
- Flexible scheduling options, including Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST, and Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST
