What You'll Need to Succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex
To reputed company in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Experience with reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules
While not required, we also welcome candidates with the following preferred qualifications:
- Transportation experience, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
About the Customer Service Representative Job
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- reputed company shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
- Recognize and resolve documentation errors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, reputed company quotes, tariff discrepancies, and billing and invoicing questions
- reputed company general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing
- Process over, short, and damaged freight and reputed company documentation for customer resolution
What You'll Do on a Typical Day
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work closely with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and provide exceptional service. Your typical day may involve:
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Analyzing and resolving documentation errors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, including shipment tracking and status updates
- Processing and resolving over, short, and damaged freight, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Customer Service Representatives are Required to:
* Walk and/or stand for extended periods on a loading dock that is not climate-controlled and may be slippery
