Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound calls from customers, resolving their inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a Financial/Bank Services environment
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at reputed company times
• Resolving service problems, including customer complaints, causes of the problem, and providing solutions
• Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction and in a timely manner
• Addressing customer concerns reputed company to services and providing the best solutions for their needs reputed company various communication channels (email, chat, or social channels)
• Escalating customer complaints to the Operations Supervisor reputed company needed and ensuring solutions have been sorted out reputed company

About You
