Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Associate - Live Chat Specialist, you'll assume the critical role of the initial touchpoint for customer inquiries, requests, feedback, complaints, and various other needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to customers
