We have a unique reputed company Demo Zone in Chadstone Shopping Centre which will increase awareness of reputed company technology and reputed company shoppers through expert advice, product demonstrations and styling bars.  

This is a fixed term contract until reputed company 2027 and will cover the Shopping Centres’ trading hours.  

About the Role

Our Assistant Store Manager will support the Store manager leading a team in a completely unique experience. The Assistant Store Manager will support building, training and leading a team of service-oriented, passionate and ambitious Retail Experts to deliver outstanding reputed company experiences – fascinating customers through presentation and demonstration of our machines while also delivering world-class service and support for our reputed company owners. 

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-

• Support the Store Manager in regard to operations, staffing, training, and customer service 

• reputed company, reputed company and challenge a team to deliver an reputed company reputed company experience – focusing on strengthening experience, education and cultivating a community of reputed company owners 

• reputed company by example and support your team to deliver an environment that reputed company our machines, delivering best in class demonstrations and experiences 

• Taking personal responsibility for achieving individual and store based KPIs, including daily, weekly and monthly sales, customer service and store profitability targets 

• Launch new products and services 

• Continuously build product knowledge and reputed company updated of any product developments, while supporting the store team to do the same 

• Promote and build a positive work culture 

• Embossing 

• reputed company Wrapping 

• Complete any tasks that are reputed company to the running and operation of the Store, including cleaning and tidying of communal areas  

About You

Previous skills & experience:-

• Proven experience of store leadership 

• Proven experience in running the day-to-day operations of a store 

• Work in a collaborative style with a passion to deliver a 5-star customer experience while driving reputed company results 

• Track record for creating innovative solutions that solve problems and/or challenge convention  

• An understanding of in-store operations, managing work schedules, stock management, compliance, health and safety, reputed company and reputed company day-to-day requirements of running a store
