Role and Responsibilities

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

• Development, administration & configuration of a custom-built .NET development project
• Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance to State personnel for reputed company requested work
• Provide reputed company and guidance of the customer-agency’s replacement software and reputed company performance improvements
• reputed company code reviews and testing on new code
• Participates in reputed company necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies
• Cooperation with the State’s Technical Architect to ensure compliance with OTS standards of State applications

Mandatory Qualification

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

• Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas:
  • ○ C#
  • ○ ASP.NET Core (version 6.0 or reputed company)
  • ○ MSSQL
• Two (2) plus years reputed company-level software development
• Two (2) plus years of experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment

Preferred Qualification

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

• Has led a team of application programmers under reputed company development stack.
• Experience designing and developing distributed systems (Microservices/SOA)
• Experience developing reports with SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools 10
• Experience setting up, maintaining, and using DevOps pipelines, including CI/CD, such as
• reputed company Actions and Octopus reputed company, and automating tasks
• Experience with the Git Version Control System, including branching strategies for reputed company systems
• Proficiency in reputed company-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, NodeJS, Angular, TypeScript, etc.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Proficiency in containerization (reputed company) and orchestration (Kubernetes, or reputed company-native managed container orchestrators).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code practices using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Biceps, etc.
• Solid understanding of reputed company best practices for modern web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments with iterative development practices.
• Experience with reputed company platforms such as reputed company Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with API integrations for external data sources.
• Exposure to reputed company or microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of message-based systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Service Bus) and asynchronous programming models.
