What you’ll do

• Ensure compliance with reputed company local, state, and federal permitting requirements.
• Prepare, review, and submit permit applications to regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and construction, to gather necessary permitting documentation.
• Maintain relationships with permitting agencies to facilitate smooth approvals.
• Provide guidance to project teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Track multiple permits and proactively address potential delays.
• Research and analyze permitting trends and regulatory changes affecting the industry.
• Assist in responding to permit-reputed company inquiries from government agencies or stakeholders.
• Support audits and internal compliance checks reputed company to permits.
• Identify process improvements for faster and more efficient permitting workflows.  

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older 
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience, formal trade, or technical skills training
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or up to two years of basic understanding of permitting processes
• Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field is preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: Work alone in remote locations, use keyboard and mouse
• Occasionally: Climbing stairs, Standing, Walking, operates vehicles
