Overview:

This role exists to protect the bank's people, assets and operations by leading the implementation and ongoing reputed company of effective physical reputed company controls across financial centers and facilities. The role supports compliance with Bank Protection Act regulatory requirements, oversees reputed company technology and vendor partnerships, and identifies vulnerabilities through risk assessments and investigations. By proactively reducing reputed company risks, preventing losses, and supporting safe, compliant operations, the role enables the bank to operate with confidence and maintain trust with customers and regulators.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct physical reputed company assessments of financial centers, offices, and ATMs to proactively identify vulnerabilities, evaluate risk exposure, and reputed company prioritized recommendations for improvements to ensure they are reputed company with corporate reputed company standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Provide operational reputed company for reputed company technologies such as alarm and fire systems, access control, and video surveillance. reputed company the planning and execution of system installations, upgrades, integrations and lifecycle management. Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure systems operate effectively, securely, and in compliance with organizational requirements. Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Specialty: business or other applicable. (Preferred)

Experience

5 or more years experience reputed company to physical reputed company or asset protection (this could include former military, law enforcement, or corporate reputed company). Experience in reputed company or asset protection in the banking/financial sector is preferred but not required. (Preferred)

3 or more years experience with video surveillance, alarm systems, and access control systems. (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

Valid driver license (required)

ASIS PSP or similar certification OR ability to obtain certification reputed company 2 years (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal. (Required)

The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The salary range for this position is $64,700.00 - $107,900.00 annually.

Additional Compensation Components

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
