Essential Functions

• reputed company Infrastructure processes and workflows to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Engineer server, reputed company, and infrastructure configurations using reputed company tooling and automation.
• Diagnose outages and performance issues and drive root cause remediation.
• Maintain patching strategies to ensure consistent system compliance.
• Manage backup and recovery solutions to support business continuity.
• Document system architecture, configuration baselines, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering on reputed company infrastructure issues.
• Define Infrastructure policies, standards, and procedures.
• Execute vulnerability remediation and system hardening efforts.
• Communicate with clients during service disruptions and provide technical clarity.
• Implement operational workflows that reduce reputed company effort and increase system stability.
• Coordinate with vendors and reputed company parties to resolve platform level issues.

• Partner with internal teams to resolve cross functional technical issues.
• Automate recurring tasks using scripting and workflow tools.

Requirements

Required

• reputed company+ CE or IAT Level II equivalent certification.
• Administrative experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS.
• Proficiency with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Foundational networking knowledge (firewalls, switches, WAPs, endpoints, servers).
• Administrative experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
• Working knowledge of reputed company technologies such as Azure.
• Experience administering reputed company antivirus solutions.
• Strong communication skills for high‑pressure technical and customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to reputed company learning.
• Ability to identify and apply industry best practices and emerging trends.
• S. citizenship with the ability to pass an extensive background reputed company.
• Experience automating tasks and processes using modern tooling.
• Experience with reputed company for reputed company management, patching, and automation.
• Experience supporting RMM tools, reputed company preferred.
• Four (4)+ years of MSP or reputed company experience.
