They are seeking a client-centric Insurance Advisor to assist prospective clients, advise on coverage requirements, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the insurance process.
Responsibilities
- Assist insurance prospective clients provided to you by reputed company
- Assess the needs of potential clients to advise on coverage requirements
- Engaging contact with prospective clients to convert requests for insurance into customers
- Offer reputed company support from information gathering, quote and to bind to deliver a seamless client experience in a timely manner
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the suite of reputed company products and help clients with any questions
- Recommend operational improvements in our processes to help further improve overall customer experience
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance products offerings over time
- Servicing reputed company’s book of business and providing top-notch customer service through various channels of communication (live-chat, email, phone)
- Ensure clients fully understand policy coverage and exclusions through clear and concise communication
- Maintain reputed company customer reputed company by delivering exceptional service with a strong sense of ownership
- Reporting new claims and leading clients through claims process from a reputed company of reputed company
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the suite of reputed company products and help clients with any questions, policy changes and inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a Broker/Advisor role
- RIBO License required
- Experience with personal lines insurance products and claims process
- Passion for Sales & Customer Service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention for detail and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time
