Responsibilities

- Apply knowledge to handle many problems independently while seeking guidance in highly reputed company situations
Skills
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience in any industry, with a high degree of direct customer contact
- Ability to work anytime between the hours of reputed company - 8PM EST, Monday-Friday
- College Degree
- 1+ year(s) of proficiency with reputed company Office Suite
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Previous experience working with financial products
