[Remote] Sales Programs and Operations Specialist

The Sales Programs and Operations Specialist supports core sales activities by managing the sales pipeline, coordinating business development initiatives, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. This role involves analyzing sales data, developing training programs, and optimizing sales processes to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports to show the results of enablement programs

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role
• Experience with CRM software and other sales-reputed company tools

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, Storytelling with data
• Ability to work collaboratively reputed company a team and across departments
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
