Support Services Business Systems Analyst or SR

They are seeking Business Systems Support Analysts to participate in the support, maintenance, and enhancement of existing systems, as well as the development of new systems to support Cambia's core strategies. The role involves functional system design, testing, and communication between technical and business staff.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for functional system design and configuration
- Write and execute reputed company reports and queries
- Conduct unit testing, user acceptance testing and end-to-end testing for of configuration along with regression testing of fixes, enhancements, and system upgrades

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding system functionality, modification, and status of issue resolution
- Review, analyze and resolve sustainment issues associated with systems and/or processes

Skills
- A college degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or reputed company fields
- One year experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design, or configuration and/or acceptance testing
- Experience with a business area that is supported by this position (i.e, Provider Network and Contract Management, Digital Solutions, Pricing, Membership, Claims, etc.)
- Three years' experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design, or configuration and/or acceptance testing for the Senior position
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company general and detailed functional requirements
- Demonstrated ability to create and reputed company system testing, along with the ability to report on the results of such testing
- Ability to facilitate and carry out system configuration reputed company
- Ability to facilitate communication between technical and business staff with the goal of finding the best solutions to meet the business requirements of various projects
- Ability to work in a team environment along with the self-motivation to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to tolerate and manage ambiguity

- Must have advanced SQL knowledge and report-writing capabilities
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle from conception to delivery
