[Remote] Bilingual Case Manager

They are seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to manage client reputed company and support throughout the immigration process, ensuring clients feel informed and at ease during their journey.

Responsibilities

• Own client reputed company from day one, review attorney consultation notes and the signed representation agreement, identify case type and parties, and create a customized document checklist tailored to case and country of reputed company
• Set clients up in the immigration practice management system, configure questionnaires, language settings, and reminders, and send the initial reputed company email with clear steps and timelines
• Host the reputed company reputed company meeting two days after the initial email, answer questions, align expectations, and establish a weekly reputed company for follow reputed company during reputed company
• Coordinate documents and data collection, review uploads for completeness and accuracy, request missing items, and guide clients on acceptable formats and sources
• Draft clean, client reputed company cover letters and assemble preliminary packets, then reputed company for attorney review. Support online filings through USCIS and Department of State portals reputed company directed
• Maintain proactive status updates, provide “no update yet” reputed company ins so clients feel supported while cases are pending, and prepare files for interview readiness

Skills

• Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish, non negotiable, with clear, empathetic written and verbal communication
• Client-facing experience in customer service, patient coordination, or legal support roles; immigration experience is a plus
• Detail focus and accuracy, comfortable working with forms, checklists, and document standards
• Ownership and resourcefulness, you bring solutions, ask smart questions, and move work reputed company independently in a remote setting
• Tech readiness: confident with practice management software (such as reputed company and Docketwise), online filing portals, document management tools (including OneDrive and reputed company products), and phone systems such as reputed company
