Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Service Management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of reputed company or other ITSM platforms
- Experience with workflow design and process automation
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy) for platform customization
- Understanding of ITIL reputed company and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
