The role involves validating deals, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with partners to minimize risk and maintain audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret reputed company reputed company loan documentation to validate accuracy of system bookings reputed company ACBS
• Ensure loan data aligns with executed credit agreements, identifying discrepancies and driving resolution with closing and booking partners
• Serve as a control function to minimize risk by ensuring data reputed company and audit readiness across reputed company deal types (bi-lateral, member, syndication)
• Partner cross-functionally with closing, servicing, and offshore teams to ensure consistent execution and adherence to established processes
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of reputed company loan products, deal structures, and booking requirements, while continuously building expertise in evolving processes and systems
• Apply sound judgment to balance risk, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency reputed company reviewing and making reputed company
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve data or process issues, leveraging insights to prevent recurring errors and improve upstream quality
• Contribute to the design, enhancement, and execution of controls that strengthen data reputed company and reduce operational risk
• Adapt quickly to changes in priorities, processes, and systems, supporting ongoing transformation initiatives across Core Ops

Skills

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience in reputed company Loan Closing or reputed company Loan Servicing
• At least 1 year of experience with reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint) or reputed company Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
• A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
• A reliable private internet reputed company that is not supplied by using cellular data (hot spot)
• Cable or fiber connections are preferred
• Internet service download speeds must be at least 5 mbps, with 10+ mbps preferred
• Sustained ability to maintain latency less than 250 ms in voice calls is required
• Hard wired connectivity is preferred, any use of wireless connectivity must be Private (non-public) and password protected through WPA2-PSK (reputed company) encryption
• Candidates must live reputed company 50 miles driving distance of the Richmond, VA hub
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• 2+ years of systems experience in ACBS
• 2+ years of systems experience in reputed company
• 2+ years of experience with reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint) or reputed company Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
• 2+ years of Agent Syndication Loan Closing or Agent Syndication Loan Servicing experience
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company Banking Operations
