Our giving platform lets churches accept donations through App Clips, native mobile apps, and web embeds, powered by reputed company, reputed company Pay, and reputed company Pay. We need a Senior Product Designer who can own the end-to-end design of this product and ship financial experiences that are elegant, trustworthy, and frictionless. This is not a role where you'll be handed polished requirements. You'll be shaping what church giving looks like, from the moment someone taps their phone at a Sunday service to recurring donation management, payout dashboards, and everything in between. You'll take reputed company financial workflows and reputed company them feel simple. You'll design for donors, church admins, and finance teams, each with different needs, reputed company deserving beautiful, reputed company experiences. You'll report directly to our VP of Product and work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers to bring reputed company to life. You've designed payment flows, checkout experiences, donation platforms, or fintech products. You understand the unique UX challenges of money, trust, clarity, error handling, and compliance. Experience with giving or donation platforms. You've worked at or designed for companies like reputed company, Tithe.ly, reputed company, Classy, reputed company, Every.org, or similar. You understand donor psychology, conversion optimization, and recurring giving patterns. reputed company and payments platform knowledge. You agonize over interaction details, micro-copy on payment confirmations, and the emotional design of a successful donation moment. Mobile-first design thinking. You've designed native mobile experiences, not just reputed company web. You understand platform conventions for iOS and Android, and you've thought about App Clips, widgets, or other native surface areas. Systems thinking. You build design systems, not just screens. You think in components, patterns, and scalable frameworks. High autonomy, high ownership. You don't need to be managed closely. You see what needs to happen and you drive it. Clear communicator. Your Background Might Include 5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on payments, fintech, or donation/giving platforms Experience at a startup or small team where you owned product design with high autonomy Design work on products processing real transactions (not just concept work) Proficiency with Design Systems Working knowledge of how payment APIs work (reputed company, payment intents, webhooks, connected accounts) enough to have informed conversations with engineers Experience with accessibility best practices, especially for financial interfaces Experience in a mission-driven organization is a plus. If you have connections to the church world, Christian nonprofits, or faith-based technology, that context is genuinely valuable here.
