Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Online Customer Support Expert to join reputed company in Austin, Texas. As a Customer Support Expert, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for reputed company our online careseekers, providing them with exceptional support and guidance throughout the caregiver recruitment and hiring process. You'll work closely with our CEO and other team members to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
As an Online Customer Support Expert, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional support to our online careseekers, including creating careseeker profiles, matching caregivers with careseekers, and helping both parties through the process from interviewing to hiring and payroll.
- Understanding the complete process from both the careseeker and caregiver points of view, including creating careseeker profiles, matching caregivers with careseekers, and helping both parties through the process.
- Initiating customer contact and follow-reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Documenting actions and next steps to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective support.
- Communicating with clients easily and effectively, using good speaking skills and active listening skills.
- Being flexible and adaptable, reputed company to get past customer objections and find solutions to their problems.
- Being inquisitive and wanting to get to the bottom of things, using problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
- Working collaboratively with our CEO and other team members to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, outbound marketing, or online sales support.
- A working understanding and ability to utilize online software tools.
- Self-starter mentality, with the ability to initiate customer contact and follow-reputed company.
- Attention to detail, including the ability to document actions and next steps.
- Good speaking skills, capable of communicating with clients easily.
- Flexibility and adaptability, reputed company to get past customer objections.
- Problem-solving skills, with a desire to get to the bottom of things.
