Job Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule, ensuring that our customers receive timely and efficient service
- Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician schedules as needed to meet customer needs
- Resolving customer issues in a reputed company and courteous manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
