Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Senior Customer Support Engineer to join reputed company in a hybrid role, working from home two days a week and in our Marlborough or reputed company, MA offices three days a week. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our customers and partners, applying system-level expertise to resolve reputed company customer issues, and collaborating with reputed company to drive reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving reputed company system problems and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reputed company to Linux/Unix, networking, and networked storage technologies
  • reputed company and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve customer support and services

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a reputed company field
  • Excellent external customer support skills, including customer-facing oral and written communications, managing hot customers, and troubleshooting reputed company system problems
  • Strong Linux/Unix triage skills and experience with networking triage skills (networking, and networked storage technologies)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Bash)
  • Experience with backup applications (e.g., Backup Exec, reputed company, reputed company reputed company Protect, NetBackup, reputed company RMAN, Veeam)
