The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients in Florida and Texas. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and providing feedback on call issues

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
