What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers reputed company email and live chat. You'll learn our internal management system to reputed company process sales orders and maintain customer relationships. You'll also use internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments. And, you'll dream up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience.

Requirements:

- Quiet workspace with minimal noise (e.g., home office) to fulfill shifts
- Availability to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Availability evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season

- Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
