Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your problem-solving skills, communication skills, and attention to detail to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback in a respectful and empathetic manner
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Process customer transactions, including ticketing, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, reputed company resolution, and issue resolution rates
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or reputed company field
- Bilingual language skills, including English and Spanish, required in certain locations
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport reputed company clearance
