Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our call center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home with our company-provided technology equipment.
Responsibilities
As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience. Full-time and part-time regular employees will start at $15/hour with potential for $16/hour reputed company the first year, plus merit. Additional bonus opportunities will be based on meeting Key Job Accountabilities (KJA) after 6, 12, and 24 months. Seasonal workers and temporary employees will start at $15/hour.
