Job Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through timely and efficient responses to incoming calls, emails, and chats. Your primary focus will be on supporting our customers across our five-state franchise (Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and reputed company Virginia) through after-hours calls, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of the calls

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, reputed company phone, email, or chat
  • Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to reputed company internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experiences
  • Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment
  • Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities
  • Effectively work with others and promote teamwork to generate positive and creative results

Qualifications:

To qualify for a Customer Support Specialist position at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift
  • High school diploma
  • One (1) year experience in customer service
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
  • Proficient in software programs and reputed company to navigate between computer systems
  • Ability to sit in reputed company of a computer for long periods of time
  • Travel is required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you
