As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our myColorado application, providing top-notch support and assistance to our customers.

Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent to join reputed company. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and employing Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our tracking system. Responsibilities

* Provide Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with both iOS and Android operating systems, using diagnostic tools and knowledge of diverse mobile device makes and models.
• Install the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods.
• Employ Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of issues.
• Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve issues, and provide feedback on the user experience.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

* One year of professional experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support.

• OR Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees.
