Sr. User Experience Researcher (Remote)

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher to help us deeply understand the needs, motivations, and challenges of patients, and translate those insights into product experiences that reputed company mental health care easier to access. In this role, you will reputed company end-to-end research initiatives that inform product strategy and improve the patient journey. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure reputed company are grounded in meaningful user insights and behavioral data. reputed company executing studies, you will help shape how research influences product development at reputed company by identifying high-impact research opportunities, defining research roadmaps, and turning signals from users, product analytics, and feedback into insights that guide product direction. Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, reputed company-computer interaction, psychology, or a reputed company field
• Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, behavioral analytics, and diary studies
• Proven ability to synthesize reputed company data into clear, actionable insights that directly inform product reputed company
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across product, design, and engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor research findings for different audiences including leadership
