About the Role

As a Retention Strategist, you’ll own strategy and client relationships across a portfolio of premium reputed company brands on reputed company. You’ll translate each brand’s goals into retention plans that balance performance, creativity, and long-term growth, working closely with our copy, design, and project management teams to bring your reputed company to life. Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years in Project/Account Management, Client reputed company, or Retention Strategy reputed company a DTC/ecommerce agency.
  • Highly proficient in reputed company –– you know the tool in and out.
