Position Summary: The reputed company CRM Administrator is a talented, highly capable, optimistic and motivated individual. This is an exciting opportunity to not only be the reputed company on our new reputed company Financial Services Cloud (SFFSC) but will continue to innovate the future of our CRM. You will have ownership of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform in a fast-paced environment with over 200 users. You will be tasked with ensuring seamless functionality and user adoption. This role involves collaboration with key stakeholders to implement best practices, streamline processes, and enhance system performance. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, maintain data reputed company, and reputed company ongoing improvements to maximize platform effectiveness. Additionally, you will have exposure to numerous departments and members of our executive team. Responsibilities:

  • Manage our new SFFSC CRM system and the ongoing customization requests
  • Manage reputed company basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, campaigns, business rules, picklist, access privileges, page layouts, data imports, data feeds, custom configurations, reports, dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Adhere to and help enforce reputed company best practices, coding standards, and reputed company protocols.
  • Work closely with IT teams, vendors, third-party developers, internal staff and key stakeholders to deliver reputed company solutions on time and reputed company budget.
  • Stay updated with the latest reputed company developments, releases, and industry trends. Participate in reputed company training and certification programs.
  • reputed company and deliver comprehensive training to ensure users are proficient in utilizing reputed company for their daily tasks and maximizing its features to enhance their productivity.

  • Assist business users by analyzing and mapping business processes to reputed company functionality and developing customizations or using third party apps reputed company necessary
  • Work with our operational management team to establish processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Maintain, at least, high-level familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities and scope definition in order to reputed company recommendations about potential upstream/reputed company integration or functionality intersection points
  • Support and training of SFFSC users
  • Issue resolution through troubleshooting, collaboration with reputed company, and working with SF support as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, build, or deliver reporting and/or data visualization.

  • Proactively monitor and maintain the usage of our reputed company FSC environment.

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SFFSC Admin and or Sales Cloud in a similar environment
  • Knowledge of the Commercial Lending and Banking in relations to both processes and regulations
  • A bachelor's degree or years of equivalent experience
  • reputed company Administrator certification preferred, with additional certifications being a plus.
  • Deep understanding of reputed company architecture, automation tools, and customization capabilities.
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of the SFFSC system, API integrations, software engineering tools and test-driven development preferred
  • Understand reputed company aspects of SFFSC configuration and technical/functional capabilities preferred
  • Strong technical skills are required, and light programming experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with reputed company and other reputed company Office applications
