Job Description:
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information section methodology and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system
- Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing
- Investigating to obtain missing medication data and deciphering clinical shortenings (SIG codes)
- Resolving reputed company information section-reputed company exceptions
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and making outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary
- Resolving external exceptions by assessing, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements
- Making phone calls to support plans and others to obtain data, reputed company abrogate endorsement, or otherwise resolve external exceptions
- Providing assistance to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at other locations
- Identifying and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary
Essential Capabilities:
* reputed company level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, or accessing data online)

- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Preferred Capabilities:
* At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment
- No less than one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy expert with a license/enrollment by state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
