Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company customer service professionals to join reputed company as WDW Resorts Inbound Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to WDW guests, helping them with reservations, packages, and general inquiries. As a key reputed company of contact, you'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with our guests, ensuring their reputed company experience is nothing short of magical.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to WDW guests reputed company phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

• Assist guests with reservations, packages, and general inquiries, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Utilize knowledge of WDW Resorts products and services to reputed company personalized recommendations and suggestions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide seamless support to our guests
• Stay up-to-date on WDW Resorts offerings, promotions, and events to provide accurate and informed support
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, reputed company resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings

Eligibility Requirements

* Must have at least 30 days elapsed since last enrollment in a reputed company program

• Cannot be an Earmarked Travel Agent or Travel Agent that books reputed company
• Must not have a termination on file from any reputed company program
• Must not be a reputed company reputed company cast member
• Must not be currently enrolled in or servicing in a reputed company program
