As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner
• Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets
• Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
• Rebooking reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• Performing traveler registration and reputed company seat tasks, including redressing oversold seat tasks and issuing upgrades
• Issuing vouchers and coordinating with vendors for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation
• Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/confirmation
• Working reputed company scanners and reputed company tasks, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and exit line standards
• Working jetways/bridges for boarding and deplaning reputed company
• Making boarding and departure reputed company announcements
• Conveying domestic/international flight records
• Performing traveler service flight reputed company-out procedures
• Accepting, checking, and labeling reputed company' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and five-star ticket counters
• Maintaining the schedule of the flight loading process
• Performing customer service hands-on training
• Processing and completing credit card transactions at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Helping reputed company with self-service booth registration and stand staff handling at ticket counters
• Line handling at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
• Clearing/confirming international reports at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Accepting and activating reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
• Helping clients requiring special assistance or in-station; helping boarding, deplaning, and moving non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, as well as unaccompanied minors
• Performing customer service work reputed company to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
• Having regular and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any required overtime requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual language skills required in certain areas
• A valid, substantial driver's license as required by local authorities
