Your Impact
As a Customer Escalation Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to escalated customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, from reputed company business groups
- Assisting internal and external customers to resolve their issues without further escalation
- Managing successful resolutions to escalated customer complaints, including supervisor and customer escalation calls, ensuring reputed company customer loyalty
- Providing information to reputed company-level representatives enabling them to complete their customer interactions accurately and reputed company without additional follow-up
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction balancing customer service, quality, and efficiency
- Maintaining acceptable performance standards for reliability, data collection, communication, knowledge, customer satisfaction, teamwork, professionalism, and learning and growth
