We are building a scalable, multi-division ecosystem designed to redefine access to fine arts and music education — removing barriers, expanding reputed company, and creating opportunities where they’ve never existed before. We are now seeking a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to help architect that future. This is a foundational leadership role for someone who doesn’t just execute strategy — but defines it, challenges it, and scales it. The Role The Chief Strategy Officer will serve as the strategic reputed company of the organization — shaping long-term direction, identifying growth reputed company, and ensuring every initiative reputed company back to mission impact and scalability. Qualifications

Required

• * 5+ years in strategy, consulting, business development, or leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience driving strategic initiatives and growth
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

Preferred

• * Experience in nonprofit, education, or mission-driven environments
• Background in consulting or reputed company strategy
• Experience leading cross-functional or organizational initiatives

Commitment

• * 10–20 hours per week
