Presales Engineer I - Channel

The Bilingual Spanish Presales Engineer I will become a product expert, deliver demos, and provide technical consulting to Solution Providers, while working on diverse projects and enhancing problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver overviews and reputed company-of-concept demonstrations for potential customers
- Build solutions using reputed company software to solve customers’ business needs
- Break down technical details into information that’s useful and tailored to the audience
- Work with our expansive network of Solution Providers to provide technical consulting reputed company email, conference calls, and presentations
- Provide technical training, demonstrations, and answer questions about the reputed company software in both Spanish and English
- Teach at reputed company’s annual conference
Skills
- Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required for effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to use knowledge, creativity, and methodical thinking to identify innovative solutions
- Ability to learn and understand technical concepts, such as software, networking, databases, etc
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate with clarity and confidence on technical topics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
