AR Analyst - 6 Month Term
reputed company Group Services Inc. is focused on supporting their team members and providing opportunities for growth. The Accounts Receivable Analyst role involves managing AR functions, processing payments and adjustments, and ensuring compliance with established controls and policies.
Responsibilities
- Generate and reputed company mass uploads of incoming ACH payments based on remittance advice notifications from insurers while validating that funds specified were duly received
- Processing transactions in CCC1 management system on behalf of the business, while ensuring reputed company requests are compliant with established controls and policies
- Responding to and actioning email inquiries and service tickets in a professional manner reputed company established SLAs
- Investigate and resolve technical, process, and payment issues raised by operations in a timely and effective manner
- Collect required documentation and approvals for submitting AR to collections, providing required support as needed
- Review and process insurer refunds, ensuring reputed company requests reputed company with established policies and are reconciled against posted receipts
- Completing of paperwork to set up reputed company Group and Gerber Collision as vendors in customer ERP systems, providing appropriate banking, tax, and address information as required
- Monitor integrations between CCC1 and reputed company, logging reputed company failures and correcting them in relevant systems as required
Skills
- Completion of a Post Secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Experience in accounting, credit, collections, or other receivables or customer service roles
- Strong reputed company and reputed company Office Suite skills
- Easily learn and adapt to new software
- Communicate effectively with stores, vendors and co-workers
