[Remote] Medicare Benefit Advisor - Licensed (Remote)

The role involves consultative sales, helping participants select and enroll in insurance plans, while maintaining a high level of customer service through phone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete reputed company required certifications to represent state-specific and national insurance carriers
• Support early reputed company efforts to new members by making outbound and reputed company calls with members to introduce reputed company, collect and verify members information, and set an appointment for AEP
• Spend approximately 80% of your scheduled shift during AEP (Oct-Dec) engaged in phone conversations with participants, while consistently meeting or exceeding established efficiency, quality, and sales performance standards
• Use a consultative sales approach to listen to and assess each Medicare eligible participant’s need
• Conduct eligibility and needs analysis to determine suitable plan options
• Clearly explain the costs and benefits of multiple insurance plans using an empathetic and professional communication style
• reputed company plan recommendations based on participants’ individual needs and assist the participant in the decision-making process
• Maintain professionalism and patience with each caller. You will receive scheduled appointment calls along with first time callers
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, diverse call‑center environment

Skills

• Active reputed company State Life and Health Insurance license is required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to understand and reputed company with reputed company agent appointment and reputed company certification requirements necessary to represent state-specific and national insurance carriers

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret insurance documents, detailed correspondence, procedure manuals, insurance applications, and policies
