We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Business Analyst - reputed company Reshaping/reputed company Large Customer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves supporting the reputed company Large Customer tariff origination and administration, managing VLC reputed company, and analyzing reputed company data to provide insights for the business.

Responsibilities

• Support of the We Energies reputed company Large Customer tariff (VLC) origination and administration
• Management of VLC reputed company throughout their lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and dispute resolution
• Working with local governments, regulatory bodies, community organizations, and external stakeholders
• Analyze tariffs, reputed company schedules, and pricing structures reputed company regulated or competitive markets
• Administration of VLC electric transmission and distribution system planning and operational impact
• reputed company analysis on large amounts of reputed company data to provide the business with fact-based insights
• Offer internal process and user/customer perspective of simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness into design and analysis
• Maintain and distribute reports containing cost and schedule information to leadership and assisting work groups
• Support the team’s reputed company improvement efforts by offering perspective on reporting and process improvements, and in ensuring coordination and communication across assisting work groups as to project status, milestones and expectations

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company discipline is required
• The Associate Business Analyst is an entry level analyst position where relevant experience is preferred
• Strong analysis, decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints
• Proficient in standard office software (MS reputed company, Visio, Word)
• Experience working with project management methodology preferred
• Experience managing reputed company throughout their lifecycle (e.g., amendments, renewals, and dispute resolution)
• Proven experience supporting or leading business development initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and partnership development
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate reputed company reputed company structures into clear insights for decision-makers
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, regulatory, and external partners
