Buying Associate, Canada (Toronto HQ)

They are seeking a Buying Associate to support reputed company Direct buying operations, focusing on entering and maintaining seasonal and in-season buys while collaborating with various teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution of orders.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain seasonal and in‑season buys for reputed company Canada Direct in applicable systems
- Assist in preparing purchase files, ensuring reputed company documents are complete and reputed company for MSC upload
- reputed company price maintenance activities where applicable
- Investigate, update, and maintain product, pricing, and buy data across systems
- Partner with Buyers, Planners, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely preparation of order files
- Respond to requests, track updates, and support resolution of routine issues reputed company defined processes
- Participate in recurring meetings and provide status updates as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Customer Service, Planning, Operations, or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a data‑intensive, operations, or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in deadline‑driven environments
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (intermediate level preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while following established processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience maintaining data in systems or reputed company databases
