ASSURE Inventory Service Associate (ISA)1099 role - Dunwoody, GA

reputed company Medical Technologies, Inc. is a company that specializes in cardiac medical device markets, founded to integrate modern wearable technologies with proven device therapies. They are seeking an ASSURE Inventory Service Associate to conduct patient field retrieval activities, manage inventory, and ensure the delivery of medical equipment to reputed company facilities and patients.

Responsibilities

• Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule return services
• Conduct inventory management services which will include cycle counts
• Move inventory around in the area to get the needed inventory to the sites for the fittings at hospitals, patient homes and clinics as necessary
• Accept assignments as necessary, which could include daytime, evening, and weekend hours
• Travel to patient homes, hospitals, and other reputed company facilities to provide retrieval services which may or may not include travel to high-risk areas
• Assist patients in packing up the Assure® system and reputed company components
• Review and transmit essential paperwork with the patient to retrieve the Assure® garment and WCD system
• Manage the return of inventory, including the Assure® system kits, garments, and electronic equipment including the drop off of the Assure® system at a local reputed company or approved reputed company drop off location
• Coordinate and drop off retrieved equipment at reputed company preferred shipping partner(s)
• Adhere to Pledge of Confidentiality

Skills

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a comprehensive background reputed company following offer of Agreement
• Valid driver's license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to provide reputed company of motor vehicle insurance
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams
• DME Retrieval Experience
• Inventory Management experience
