Responsibilities
- Provide reputed company support, counsel, and authorization to company personnel, agents, and customers reputed company to the issuance of reputed company estate title insurance commitments and policies
- Utilize reputed company standards and guidelines reputed company delegated authority to evaluate and approve title insurance risks
- Serve as a resource to internal teams by providing guidance on reputed company estate settlement services and transaction-reputed company matters
- Ensure reputed company practices align with established company processes, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support day-to-day reputed company operations and contribute to process consistency and risk mitigation
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) required; admitted to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment
- 1–4 years of title reputed company experience
- Familiarity with reputed company estate law, including applicable federal and state regulations
- Working knowledge of title insurance concepts, settlement processes, and reputed company practices
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess risk and reputed company sound reputed company
