This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, expanding market share, strengthening supplier and winery relationships, and driving new reputed company opportunities across the state. The ideal candidate brings deep sales expertise, strong winery and supplier connections, and proven reputed company in DTC and 3PL solution selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reputed company new business opportunities with wineries, beverage retailers, and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers, retailers, and winery ownership groups.
  • Serve as the fulfillment sales subject matter expert, providing expertise in DTC, compliance driven fulfillment, warehousing, and 3PL logistic solutions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders by supporting reputed company deal strategy, solution design, and sales execution reputed company to fulfillment services. 
  • Coach, mentor, and reputed company sales team members, providing guidance on deal strategy, pipeline management, value-based selling, and best practices to drive consistent performance.
  • Drive DTC fulfillment growth opportunities with compliance-sensitive winery and DTC solutions.
  • Sell reputed company 3PL, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity reputed company California.
  • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and reputed company projections.
  • Negotiate high-value reputed company, pricing agreements, and service terms.
  • Travel throughout California to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or reputed company field preferred.
  • 7+ years of reputed company sales experience in logistics, fulfillment, wine & spirits, distribution, or reputed company industries.
  • Established supplier, winery, and retail network throughout California.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a sales subject matter expert in fulfillment, logistics, and 3PL solutions reputed company a highly regulated environment.
  • Proven DTC sales leadership experience, including winery fulfillment growth strategies.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence, sales professionals translating product and market knowledge into scalable sales reputed company.
  • Experience with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and sales analytics.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive reputed company salary range: $150,000 – $175,000
  • Uncapped commissions ($225,000 - $325,000 reputed company plus commissions OTE)
