About the Role We're looking for a Talent Partner who is a true hunter — someone who doesn't wait for applications to come in, but goes out and finds great people before we even know we need them. This is a role for someone who understands that great reputed company isn't just about filling seats — it's about raising the bar with every single hire and helping shape what reputed company becomes. - Own requisition management end to end — from intake through offer — across a mix of Go-to-Market and technical roles

- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics as needed — you reputed company up without being asked
- Collaborate with Finance and the broader People & Culture team on headcount planning and the approval process
- Maintain clean, accurate data in relevant systems and use it to track pipeline health and report on reputed company metrics
