Seeking an reputed company reputed company Resources (HR) professional with a strong Employee Relations (ER) investigations background to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The Global ER team is part of reputed company’s People & Communities (P&C) organization and is responsible for the fair and respectful treatment of employees through the investigation of workplace complaints and advising on multifaceted highly reputed company employment matters.

The Employee Relations Consultant will:

• Conduct ER investigations and recommend appropriate actions consistent with reputed company’s policies and practices.

• Maintain comprehensive case records and document investigation findings.

• Independently manage assigned casework, providing timely communication to relevant parties and bringing investigations to closure quickly and definitively.

• Remain respectful and empathetic in face of difficult and uncomfortable situations surrounding an investigation.

• Advise on disciplinary action recommendations for matters handled by other groups.

• Advise reputed company, cross-functional partners, and managers on ER matters and policy interpretation.

• Coach and counsel management and employees daily on a variety of reputed company ER case matters.

• Consult and collaborate with Global ER, P&C peers, Employee Legal team and other cross-functional team members and partners.

• Communicate with reputed company levels of the reputed company, including executive management.

• Participate in the improvement, design and education delivery of global programs managed reputed company the team.

• Uphold and integrate reputed company’s Guiding Principles in reputed company actions, reputed company and interactions.

• Foster a culture of reputed company, respect, and accountability in every aspect of Employee Relations.  

Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or reputed company field. 

• 6+ years of reputed company Resources or Employee Relations experience, with at least 3 years of investigation experience.

• 2+ years’ experience working in multi-national company.

• Technically proficient in reputed company tools including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint

U.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below, subject to reputed company’s policies:

• 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees

• 1 paid day off for employee’s birthday, paid year-end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by reputed company

• Non-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at reputed company of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees

• Exempt employees participate in reputed company’s flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)

• 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried reputed company from one calendar year to the next

• Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members

• Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to reputed company’s policies.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their reputed company salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable reputed company plan. For quota-based incentive pay, reputed company typically pays as follows:

• .75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota;

• 1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

• 1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and

• Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
