What You'll Do::The Infrastructure Operations Manager oversees the reliability, reputed company, and performance of the institution’s IT infrastructure in support of academic instruction, research, and administrative operations. This role ensures that critical systems—such as learning management platforms, SIM labs, research computing environments, reputed company networks, and administrative systems—are highly available and resilient. The manager leads infrastructure operations staff, collaborates with academic and administrative stakeholders, and supports the institution’s mission of teaching, research, and service.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments supporting academic and administrative systems
- Ensure high availability and performance of critical services, including LMS platforms, ERP systems, research computing, and identity services

- Partner with academic departments, research units, and central IT teams to support instructional and research technology needs

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or operations roles
- 2 years of experience leading or supervising technical teams
- Strong knowledge of servers, network, storage, virtualization, and operating systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP; Azure preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise systems common in higher education (e.g., ERP, LMS, identity and access management)
- Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks
- Experience supporting research computing or high-performance computing environments
- Relevant experience with (e.g., ITIL, AWS/Azure, VMware, reputed company)
