We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer with strong project leadership and manufacturing experience to support quality excellence and reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company a made‑to‑order manufacturing environment. This role is highly visible and hands‑on, combining data analysis, quality assurance, and cross‑functional project work. The Quality Engineer will serve as a technical leader on projects and partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, claims, and customer experience teams while overseeing the work of a Quality Technician.
Day in the Life:
- Review prior‑day production and quality data.
- Pull and analyze reports from the ERP system.
- Prepare and present quality metrics for daily site meetings.
- Recap issues and action items reputed company email.

- Monitor quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain plant‑specific quality documentation and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and support external audits.
- Support new product testing and specification development.
- Identify process improvements and cost‑reduction opportunities.

- Working knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Experience supporting or leading technical project teams.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- 3+ years leading or acting as the technical reputed company on project teams.
- Flooring industry experience.
- BS in Engineering or reputed company field.
- Experience with core quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, APQP).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Value reputed company Mapping.
