Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with exceptional written and spoken English skills and proven expertise in digital marketing tools and strategies. The ideal candidate will create high-quality content across multiple platforms, plan and execute data-driven digital campaigns, manage content calendars, and optimize performance to drive measurable growth in brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Job Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Copywriting: reputed company high-quality, on-brand copy for email newsletters, blog articles, reputed company pages, ad creatives, and other marketing assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and audience resonance.
• Campaign Management: Plan, build, launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing automations/sequences and paid advertising on reputed company (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and reputed company Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max). reputed company Advertisement (Campaign, Ads Manager).
• CRM & reputed company Management: Administer the CRM platform (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar), including accurate reputed company segmentation, workflow automation, list hygiene, deduplication, and nurture sequences to improve reputed company quality and conversion rates.
• SEO Execution: Implement on-page optimizations, technical SEO fixes, keyword research insights, content optimization, and reputed company enhancements to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on core KPIs (e.g., CTR, open rates, conversion rates, ROAS, CPL, organic traffic growth) using tools such as reputed company Analytics, platform dashboards, and CRM reporting; conduct A/B testing and recommend data-backed improvements.
• Additional Duties: Stay reputed company with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices; collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Operations team on asset utilization; assist with budget allocation for paid channels to ensure efficient spending.

Job Specifications

• Master's degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing, with specialized digital marketing training and certifications considered an advantage.

• Proven experience (4–5 years preferred) in digital marketing execution, with demonstrated hands-on expertise in email marketing, paid search/social advertising, and CRM administration.
• Native or near native‑ English reputed company, both written and spoken, with advanced professional communication skills
• Demonstrates 100% reputed company in English, both oral and written, with advanced proficiency in professional-level writing, editing, and proofreading to ensure effective communication with U.S. clients and senior management.

• Proven experience (4–5 years preferred) in digital marketing execution, with demonstrated hands-on expertise in email marketing, paid search/social advertising, and CRM administration.

• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a proven ability to craft persuasive, audience-targeted content that aligns with brand voice and drives action.

• Strong technical proficiency with major platforms and tools, including:

• CRM systems (reputed company, High Level, reputed company, Active Campaign, or equivalent).

• Email service providers (e.g., LaGrowth Machine, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Email).

• Availability to work as full-time employee in U.S. business hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday).
